Cancellation Policy


The following is the policy approach that this has helped us to come to terms with:
  1. Cancellations by member companies more than 72 hours prior to an event will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the transaction fee; or credit of the full amount toward an event or YTA service of equal or greater value when purchased prior to the end of the YTA fiscal year (April 30).
  2. Cancellations by member companies less than 24 hours prior to an event will not be eligible for consideration of the reimbursement or transfer option above.
  3. Cancellation by non-member companies more than 72 hours prior to an event will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the transaction fee.
  4. Cancellations by non-member companies less than 24 hours prior to an event will not be eligible for consideration of the reimbursement or transfer option above.

Hopefully this offers value to you as members and helps protect the integrity of the events program in terms of at least covering the cash costs that are incurred in support of those activities.
