The YTA Peer Group Program is where technical project managers in the fast-growth technology sector come to learn from experience. Leveraging dynamic meetings, expert workshops and offline knowledge exchanges, Peer Group Program participants meet regularly to network, learn and lead their companies to greater success.

Striking an effective balance between structure and flexibility, volunteer group facilitators work on behalf of participants to moderate discussions, find subject matter experts and arrange workshops.
