This month we will be discussing:

Each session will include a guest speaker from either a Manufacturer, Distributor or Value Added Reseller that has transformed their business by leveraging a channel strategy. It will then be followed by a peer group discussion on how to leverage these insights to help drive profitability in your business.

All technology organizations operate within a channel ecosystem however it is the business leaders that determine if, how & when they will be a relevant player & drive value creating revenue & profitability. Building & executing this sales strategy can create a significant window to opportunity for growth but not without its challenges along the road.
