Topic: Aligning company culture as organizations grow.
The Downtown CEO Peer Group is a meeting where progressive technology business leaders exchange ideas and knowledge on growing their organizations. We discuss best practices, new approaches, successes and failures and, very importantly, lessons learned. The discussion is always lively and informative. We will start the meeting by opening the floor to anyone who wants to discuss specific concerns or challenges they are experiencing. This will include company developments or other announcements. We will then move onto our pre-determined topic.
