• Be respectful by arriving on time.
• All presentations, material, content or conversations are confidential unless the originator authorizes disclosure to anyone outside of the peer group.
• Do not allow one's own judgment to be subordinated.
• Share information that is accurate, objective, relevant and not misleading.
• Do not overly argue your position or sell your service or solution.
• Show respect through patience in gaining the floor and be open to others sharing their own experience or perspectives.
• Maintain honesty and integrity, avoiding conflicts of interest.
• Proactively promote ethical behaviour.
• Be accountable.
• Comply with this code as it promotes harmony and effective communication.
