Executives sell and deliver the relationship value The YTA Services Executive peer group members meet to address topics unique to the business stage and interests they face: including topics such as penetrating new marketplaces (geographic or industry); raising new capital, acquiring/divesting/merging; and performance metrics and best practices in service functions.
The group determines the topics and the priorities, as well as how best to address them; and will identify subject matter experts through collaboration and consensus.
