Services Executives Peer Group
Executives Sell and Deliver the Relationship Value

The YTA Services Executive peer group members meet to address topics unique to the business stage and interests they face: including topics such as penetrating new marketplaces (geographic or industry); raising new capital, acquiring/divesting/merging; and performance metrics and best practices in service functions.

The group determines the topics and the priorities, as well as how best to address them; and will identify subject matter experts through collaboration and consensus.

Who Should Join?

The YTA Services Executives peer group is open to CEOs, owners and senior operating executives from the services line of a technology company or a company primarly focused upon implementing services or installations in client companies.  The key membership criteria include:
  • The member must be an active executive or owner of their company with a growth mandate.
  • The company must have, or be actively growing towards, revenues of over $1M/year.
  • The company is a services company; in the sense that it is not strictly a product company.

Facilitators

One of our prior facilitators is no longer able to take an active organizing role due to a recent company sale arrangement... the YTA is now seeking expressions of interest from possible facilitators for these sessions. Please call Patrick Shaw at the YTA office if you are interested or would like to nominate someone for this role.
